Unopened, unused products in their complete original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Scent Preference
Fragrance preference is personal. Returns based on scent preference can only be accepted when the product remains sealed. We recommend beginning with the Scent Discovery Set.
Damage or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging and product.
